REQUIREMENTS FOR FORM SUBMISSION

1. Valid Email ID.
2. Aadhar Number.
3. Active Mobile Numbers.
   • Mobile number & WhatsApp Number should be with the applicant at the time of form filling.
   • Login Credentials (Registration number and password) will be sent on entered mobile number through WhatsApp and email id.
   • Alternate Mobile Number (Preferably of parent)

UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

1. Scanned Photo in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 200 KB only)
2. Scanned Signature in JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 200 KB only)
3. Aadhar Card (Both Back & Front) in JPEG/PDF format (Maximum upload size is 200 KB only)
4. Educational Certificates in JPEG/PDF format (Maximum upload size is 200 KB only)

FORM FILLING GUIDELINES

Application Fee

1. If all the entries in the admission form are correct the applicant can submit the form and proceed for payment of the Admission fees.
2. Admission fees can be submitted by any of the following ways:
   1. Credit Card
   2. Debit Card
   3. Net Banking
   4. UPI or UPI QR Code

PRINT APPLICATION FORM

1. Applicants can print their complete application form and fee receipt to complete the application process.
2. Applicants have to retain a printout of their application form which will be needed later on.

IMPORTANT NOTE

In case the payment is not updated immediately, applicants are advised to wait for at least 72 hours before contacting the technical helpline 980 715 0175 during working hours. They are also advised not to make multiple payments. All payments that are successful on the console will get updated automatically. They should note that no late fee or fine would be imposed on them.

Applicants who want to avail the benefit of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) seats have to choose yes in the personal information page. E.W.S. comes under whose annual income should be less than 5 Lakhs Per/Annum.

DECLARATION

It is the sole responsibility of the student to go through the Guidelines and check his/ her eligibility at the time of application. We are not verifying the eligibility at the time of application. The eligibility will be verified by the Maharishi Valmiki Education at the time of Counselling/Admission.
